| We currently have over 70 special needs cats that

Adoption
There is an $85 adoption donation to help
the Foundation continue its work. All adoptable cats have been
spayed or neutered and are current on inoculations. We do not have
the facilities to accept or adopt out kittens.
Completion of an
adoption application (pdf, 24 kb) and
adoption contract are required. Prospective owners must agree to
provide the cat with love, food, water, shelter, and medical attention
when needed. Employees or agents of Room 8 Memorial Cat Foundation
may set up a visit with the cat and new family after adoption. If
the cat is unacceptable, we have an exchange privilege within 14 days.
If this contract is not honored, the Foundation reserves the right to
reclaim the cat. If for any reason the adoptive family can no longer
keep the cat, it shall be returned to the Foundation.
